Does Rosa have the Modules package? It is used to manage complex non homogeneous environments, and sports the Modulefiles system. Fedora calls it environment-modules-*.rpm.
Does Rosa have packages which perform same or similar functions?
If not, why not? Is there a discussion of this issue? Can it be ported over?
Does anybody have any experience with this? Advantages vs. disadvantages? Opinions?
So far I have been managing configs with ad hoc scripts, but now thinking of getting into it more deeply. One downside is the Tcl scripting language instead of my favorite, Python.

Hello,
Please consider subscribing to the rosa-devel mailing list ( rosa-devel@lists.rosalab.ru , http://lists.rosalab.ru/mailman/listinfo/rosa-devel ). It's the most appropriate place to ask this kind of questions. Meaning you'll probably receive more detailed info there
