Is it possible to create other sections on the forum for other languages ​​than Russian or English like this exists on the KDE forum ?

I know quite a few of French who would be interested

A section "Localized Forums" with sub-sections "Francophone" and places for each interested language (Italian, German, Dutch, etc.)

Don't know if it is possible but when the users want to register the default language is russian.

ps -- and we should accentuate somehow that here are devs answering questions and helping sometimes with different ROSA issues. This is important.
