Hi everyone,
I'm trying to set up a dual boot system as unfortunately I still need to use Windows occasionally. I installed Rosa (Gnome desktop) but there is no option to boot Windows when I start up and os-prober doesn't detect it either. I have temporarily reverted back to Chakra Linux which has no problem detecting Windows.
Will I need to edit Grub? If so how do I do this?
Thanks.
Jeff

Re: Dual booting
I've worked out that I have to manually enter the necessary entry in to /etc/grub.d/40_custom to add Windows to my grub2 menu, so my next problem is how do I gain access to 40_custom? I have done alt+ctrl F2 and logged in as root but Dolphin denies me access to grub.d.
Re: Dual booting
Alt+F2 -> "kdesu konsole" and then launch "dolphin" from that konsole.
